All help topics

  • Glare: sleeves, top loaders and foils shine. Tilt the phone a little, or move away from the light.
  • Distance: fill the box, about 6 inches (16 cm) away. Too close blurs.
  • Focus: tap the picture to focus again before you take it.
  • Dark hall: turn on Light at the top right.
  • Background: a plain, dark table works best, most of all for Bulk Scan.
  • Slabs: keep the whole label in view. The app reads the company and grade from it.

If the match is wrong, tap Check with AI for a closer look, or search by name or number.

AI checks need you to be logged in, and each plan has its own number a month. Until you confirm your email, it’s 5 a day. Searching by name always works.
